The Fresh Factory Bounce N Play Policy Agreement

Delivery & Pickup Fees:
A $75 delivery fee applies for locations within 35 miles of Bridgeport or Stratford.
For locations over 35 miles, the delivery fee is $125.
Delivery of our bouncy houses is scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Pickup of our bouncy houses is scheduled between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Extended Rental Option:

Customers interested in keeping the equipment overnight must notify us via call, text, email, or through our website.
Insurance Add-On:

For events, particularly those hosted in parks, customers have the option to add insurance coverage for the bouncy house at an additional cost of $150.00.
This insurance policy includes coverage of up to $2 million. While optional for most events, it is mandatory for park events due to park regulations and liability concerns.
Surface Type:

Customers must specify whether the bouncy house will be set up on grass or concrete. This information is crucial for us to determine if additional equipment such as tarps are required for setup.
By proceeding with the rental of our bouncy houses, customers agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy agreement. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or cancellation of the rental agreement.
